Musings of a Photo  Wanderer

During a pandemic

What have you been doing during this time? No matter what you are doing, there is much more time to do things.

I have been learning to make pasta with my husband.  I am no cook. Cooking eggs is the most I ever do. Last night's experiment was Gnocchi. It was delicious and effortless to make.

I haven't had a chance to go into Boston or another of my favorite haunts to photo wander. I have been taking a ton of walks around my neighborhood. It is excellent that it is springtime, and my neighbors like to plant flowers. I have posted my flower pics on Facebook. I hope they bring some cheer.

I have a love of gardening and looking forward to planting more flowers. Also, I have seedlings that are finally coming up. This spring has been frigid, but I see little plants finally coming up. This makes me smile.

My kitties don't know the pandemic, but I think they are pretty happy to have both of us at home. More attention to them. It must be nice to be aware of what is going on.

I have been practicing origami. I love this pastime. It is a great anxiety reliever, and I bought a 500 sheet origami pack from Tuttle. The package consists of Chiyogami patterns and is very pretty.
